We advise our clients on the best approach in designing the selection process and in defining optimum profiles and always taking into account the current market reality and the requirements inherent in the post to be covered.

We advise on recruitment strategies, evaluate the most appropriate candidatures and present the final candidates to our clients.  The candidates we present have been recruited through our own sources with the information gathered by our consultants in the selection process: CV, response tests, reports of the personal job interview, presentation of final candidates.
